Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who we are

D4Loot ("we", "us", "the Service") sells in-game goods and player services for Diablo IV — including gold, items, materials and boosting/carry runs. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Service: the D4Loot website and everything we deliver through it
  • Customer: anyone who registers an account or places an order
  • BattleTag: your Blizzard Battle.net identifier — we need it to deliver
  • Points: store credit earned on completed orders
  • Delivery: an in-game hand-off (face-to-face trade) or completion of a booked service

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. You must own a legitimate Diablo IV account in good standing.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate details — a wrong BattleTag or email is the single most common cause of failed delivery. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Orders and delivery

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm the order in live chat. Delivery times shown on product pages are typical, not guaranteed — queue length, in-game maintenance and Blizzard-side issues can delay a hand-off.

You must be reachable in-game (or via live chat) to receive delivery. If we cannot reach you within 72 hours of your order, we may hold the order until you contact us.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include our fees unless stated otherwise. Payment processor fees, currency-conversion charges and any local taxes levied by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

7. Points

Points are store credit only. They carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, and are not refundable. Points expire 12 months after your last sign-in. Points on an account we suspend for a breach of these Terms are forfeited.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use someone else's payment method, account or identity
  • place fraudulent orders, or file a chargeback for goods you received
  • demand goods, services or refunds beyond what you paid for
  • abuse, threaten or harass our staff in chat or anywhere else
  • resell our delivery slots or misrepresent yourself as an agent of D4Loot
  • use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, without notice where the breach is serious. If we close your account for a breach, unspent Points and any pending store credit are forfeited. You can close your own account at any time from your profile; the same BattleTag cannot be re-registered for 90 days.

10. Risk acknowledgement

Buying in-game currency, items or services may breach Blizzard's End User Licence Agreement and could, in principle, put your game account at risk. We take reasonable care in how we deliver, but you accept that risk yourself. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control — including game maintenance, server outages and publisher policy changes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 7 days after we post them, and orders placed before that date remain governed by the previous version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence.

14. Contact
