Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

The short version: if we have not delivered, you get your money back. Once goods are in your hands the sale is final, because in-game items cannot be returned.

1. Full refund — always

  • we could not deliver your order
  • delivery is more than 24 hours past the time shown on the product page, and you no longer want to wait
  • you were charged twice for the same order
  • you cancel before delivery starts

2. Partial refund

If only part of a multi-item order was delivered, we refund the undelivered part in full.

3. No refund

  • the goods or service were delivered as described
  • Blizzard removed, nerfed or rolled back the item after delivery
  • your game account was actioned by Blizzard after delivery (see the risk clause in our Terms)
  • you gave us the wrong BattleTag or character name and the goods went to that account
  • Points — store credit is never exchangeable for money

4. How to request one

Open live chat or email [email protected] with your order number. We answer within 24 hours and, once approved, issue the refund the same working day.

5. When the money arrives

  • PayPal: usually within 24 hours
  • Card: 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Cryptocurrency: refunded in the same coin, at the amount received — network fees are not recoverable

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund anywhere else.

6. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback — it is slower for you than asking us directly. Filing a chargeback for goods you received is fraud; we will contest it with delivery evidence and close the account.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer-protection right you have where you live. Note that in many jurisdictions the right to cancel a digital purchase ends once delivery has begun with your agreement.
